Our Story

Film Magnet Entertainment was born from the dream of a tea garden boy from North Bengal who believed that talent should never be limited by background, geography, or financial circumstances. Growing up with humble beginnings and witnessing the struggles and sacrifices of hardworking parents, founder Udip Rana carried a simple belief—that every dream deserves a chance.
What began as a passion for storytelling gradually evolved into a creative journey through television, films, documentaries, commercials, and digital content. Years of learning, hard work, and collaboration with industry professionals eventually led to the creation of Film Magnet Entertainment.
Built on creativity, perseverance, and purpose, Film Magnet was established as a platform where stories can be brought to life and where aspiring filmmakers, artists, technicians, and creative professionals can find opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute.
